Myla Zenaida Torio is an educator with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education,with Mathematics concentration and specializing in Reading from Philippine Normal University, Manila, Philippines, and a Master's in Mathematics Education from Bicol University, Legazpi City, Philippines.
